Newport Garden Villa, a resident care facility located on the Newport Beach & Costa Mesa border provides elderly residents 60 years and older, personal care and supervision in a home like environment. Our facility is designed to provide as much or as little privacy as needed with 3 separate patio areas, community dinning and family style living areas.

Our community is located on the border of peaceful Newport Beach and Costa Mesa.  Ocean breezes routinely create a pleasing, comfortable environment for lunch on the patio or afternoon tea.

We are open 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day.  A well trained staff of caregivers provides normal and restricted assistance with the daily needs of adult living to all residents.  We are California Department of Social Services Title 22 compliant.
